Estate Sales By DEAN is a family owned and operated business serving the Texas Hill Country. We are based in KERRVILLE, Texas just a short drive northwest of San Antonio on IH-10. Kathy was born in San Antonio, and raised in Kerrville, in the Texas Hill Country. In 1991, she married Tivy High School schoolmate Chris Dean.  

Chris and Kathy were introduced to the resale world at a very early age through their parents and grandparents. Their combined interest in resale led to owning their own Kerrville Antique Store, operating satellite stores in Fredericksburg, Boerne and Comfort, and participating as vendor at statewide fairs and shows.
